How does the Free plan work?+
Every store gets 25 credits every month on the Free plan — no card, no approval needed. Unused free credits do not roll over to the next month. That's enough for two blog articles with an image each, every month. Upgrade to Starter, Professional, or Elite anytime for a bigger monthly allowance.
Can I switch plans later?+
Yes — upgrade or downgrade anytime from the customer portal. Upgrades are pro-rated; downgrades take effect at the end of your billing cycle.
Are yearly plans really 2 months free?+
Yes. Yearly is 10× the monthly price, so you get 12 months for the price of 10.
Do unused credits expire?+
Monthly plan credits roll over, but only accumulate for up to two months — after that the oldest unused plan credits expire. Credits bought in a one-time pack stay valid for 12 months from the day you buy them. Spending always draws plan credits first, then purchased credits, oldest first.
What's different between the plans?+
Only the monthly credit allowance. Every plan unlocks every tool with no feature gates or slot limits — you pick the allowance that matches how much you publish.
What happens on the Free plan with AI images?+
AI Image Studio works on the Free plan too — your 25 monthly credits cover about 6 AI image generations, or a full blog article with two images. Upgrading unlocks a bigger monthly allowance immediately.
Do you offer refunds?+
We do not offer refunds on paid periods, but you can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the current billing cycle.
