2.4 Payment Information
Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full credit card number on our servers. Stripe handles payment data in accordance with PCI-DSS standards.

ListerRank uses AI services (including Google Gemini) to analyze listings, generate content, and provide optimization suggestions. The text and data you submit to our tools may be processed by these AI providers solely for the purpose of delivering results to you. We do not use your proprietary listing data to train general-purpose AI models, and we do not sell your data to third parties.

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:
- Stripe — for payment processing
- Google (Gemini API) — for AI-powered analysis and content generation
- Cloudflare — for bot protection and CDN services
- Analytics providers — anonymized usage data to improve the product
All third-party providers are bound by confidentiality and data protection obligations.
6. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Listing analysis results and keyword tracking history are retained according to your subscription tier. Free tool usage logs are anonymized and deleted after 90 days. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, rate limiting, Cloudflare Turnstile bot protection, and row-level security in our database. While we strive to protect your data, no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
